With a great respect for French gastronomy, Head Chef Fabrice Tavernier is passionate about food. He prepares his dishes and uses his imagination to design flavourful and authentic cuisine using noble products (foie gras, veal sweetbreads, crayfish, pikeperch, etc.). On the menu you may find foie gras medallions with apple chutney, fillet of pikeperch with a beurre blanc, veal sweetbreads with a morel cream or stuffed pig's trotter (a speciality). Cheese enthusiasts
will be delighted to hear that a generous cheeseboard with fifteen
varieties is available for your pleasure. To finish your meal on a sweeter note, a large choice of desserts is available including Breton shortbread with mango and allspice, or chocolate fondant with an orange sorbet. Remember to book your table, the restaurant is well-reputed in the area! Set menu: 22 euros from Tuesday to Friday lunchtime (excluding bank holidays)
